Action Center in Windows 7 works as a central place important messages and warnings about Windows security and maintenance list that may be of your attention. You can Action Center by clicking the icon in the notification area (system tray) or via the control panel open.
One of the useful component of is "problem reports" Action Center that shows a list of all the problems that have occurred on your PC.
To view problem reports, you must follow a series of steps. First you open Action Center, maintenance , under the section view reliability history you link. Open the reliability monitor, now that you view all problem reports click on link that is given at the bottom of the window that problem reports eventually opened window.

Today this topic we are going to post a tutorial that will allow you to have a direct shortcut for problem reports in Windows 7.
So without wasting time let's start with the tutorial:
1. click Desktop right click and select "New-shortcut >":

2. The "create shortcut" wizard will launch. Now go after the string in the location box:
Explorer shell::: {26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}: {BB64F8A7-BEE7-4E1A-AB8D-7D8273F7FDB6} \0 \: \pageProblems

3. after entering the "following" location, click button. Now problem reports in the name box, type "Finish" and click button. It will create a new shortcut on desktop.
4. now it's time to change the icon. Right-click the shortcut and choose "Properties". "Icon Change" button click. ActionCenterCPL .dll type in the text box, and then press Enter. Select the first icon, click on the OK button and then apply the changes.
5. that's it. You get the desired shortcut on desktop:

You can also in the quick launch or pin to Taskbar in Windows 7.
