Microsoft Releases official free Tool for removing Microsoft Office 2010 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

A few Microsoft Office 2010 users have complained about Service Pack 1 (SP1). When you install SP1 for Office 2010, they started several error while working in Office applications.


The only solution to solve their problem was completely remove SP1 from their system. But sometimes users are not able to uninstall it from programs & features in Control Panel.


To resolve this problem, and people to make life easier, Microsoft has released an official uninstall tool for Office 2010.


"Microsoft Service Pack Uninstall Tool for Microsoft Office 2010" is a free tool that helps you remove SP1 for Office 2010. Its a command line tool that will help with uninstalling client patches installed by Office 2010 service packs.


The Uninstall Tool, you can remove the service pack without having to install the full Office 2010 product again.


The Office 2010 SP Uninstall Tool is contained in a package named Office2010SPUninstall .exe is a self-extracting executable file. The tool itself is a single file called OARPMan tool. There is no installation for the tool.


Note that you have a subfolder such as C:\subdir to expand the tool to use. You the tool will not in the root directory of the hard disk (for example, c: \) extend.


After the tool is extracted to a folder on your computer, it can be run from a command line. For information about the workflow, refer to the Readme.txt file, which is to be extracted to the same location as the instrument.


It can be used in Windows 7, Vista SP1, XP SP3, Server 2003 SP2 and Server 2008.


This download is only available in English, but it with any language version of the service pack will work.
