1. first, download the boot screen pack via following link:

2. extract the ZIP file with WinRAR or 7-zip. Now run "Windows 7 Boot Updater". Its an excellent software to change Windows 7 boot screen. More info and download links can be herefound.
3. Now you can select the desired boot screen file from the extracted folder using "file-> Load boot skin ..." menu and apply.
4. reboot your system and enjoy the Boot screen.
