Recently Microsoft Hotmail "keep me signed in" feature some changes, but most people didn't like it at all.
Today Microsoft has made some changes to this feature which are as follows:
According to official announcement, for the recent change to "keep me signed in" Microsoft aim was to simplify the options, ensure consistent behavior across browsers and platforms, and quicker and easier for you to get directly in your inbox. While most people very happy with the change seem, found some people the user tile and the option "remember me" and the feeling that something that she loved has eliminated.
There were two prominent scenarios that Microsoft aimed at:
Individuals and families who use a single PC and juggle multiple accounts, but who do not want separate Windows accountsIndividuals that use one primary account and want to use their user name but not their remember passwordThe modification that Microsoft has made is to add an attribute to the e-mail address combo box click Hotmail sign-up page. What this means is that if Autocomplete your browser has enabled, the form will automatically fill previously imported e-mail addresses for you as you type, or you can hit the down arrow on the keyboard to see the full list and select the desired account.
Depending on which browser you use, is this possible on standard, but it just can be enabled. In Internet Explorer, for example, this feature is disabled by default, but it asks you the first time you enter data in a form if you want to enable. If you do so in Internet Explorer 9, you can follow these instructions. The process is also easy in Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Opera.
Families and individuals with a shared PC will each have their user name remember, and persons who use an account, but don't want to remember their passwords will be glad as well. For security, Microsoft chose not to remember passwords for multiple accounts to prevent multiple users on the same computer in each other's inboxes.
Microsoft is rolling out the change now, and everyone should be able the new experience in the following week.
