It seems Mozilla is planning to Firefox UI change in future versions probably Firefox 8.0. "Stephen horlander" has some interesting UI mockups of Mozilla FirefoxAustralis"called" on the website of Mozilla people shared.
The models are created for Mac OS X and Windows 7. Some interesting test models are as following:
