Windows phone 7 "Mango" released for production

Finally, Microsoft Windows Phone "Mango" has ended and has announced the RTM build.


Here is what the official announcement says:



Windows Phone development team officially signed off on the release to manufacturing (RTM) build of "Mango" – the most recent version of the operating system Windows Phone. This marks the point in the development process where we code our handset and mobile operator partners to optimize of Mango for their specific phone and network configurations. Here on the Windows Phone team now that we have for the preparation of the update process. The Mango update for the current Windows phones this fall will be ready, and of course come preinstalled on new Windows Phones.


In May we have officially the wraps off of Mango, a release including hundreds of new features that make a smarter and simpler approach to communication and apps, while delivering the best Web experience.


To mention some interesting properties:

Unique new email Conversation View that helps you to efficiently participate in long e-mail discussions with your friends and colleagues.Threads that bring together text, IM and Facebook chat all in one call.App multitasking, allowing you to work efficiently on email, listening to music, and then pop in and out of words by Post games when it's your turn. Mango also connects apps to search results and deepened integration within the Hubs such as music, Video and photos.Internet Explorer 9 for quick web browsing and support for new HTML 5 websites.
